It’s with gratitude and excitement that I accept the nomination for Vice President of the Durham Association of Educators!

DAE is in a historic moment. I am confident that as our union grows in both numbers and power, we will not only have a seat at the table, but a prominent voice that cannot be ignored.

I hold a unique skill set that is especially pertinent to this role at this time. As Vice President, I commit to using my 16 years of experience as a DPS educator and union member to help lead our organization and win the public schools the Durham community deserves.
